The fisheries of the Northeast and Northwest have been in turmout to say the least. However the future looks bright. The lake trout have come back strong in the last few years and the Northwest rivers are seeing the strongest runs of salmon and steelhead in recent history. With input from some of the top fishermen on these waters we developed the Celilo series. Throwing modesty out the window we nailed these actions and developed the perfect salmon, trout and bottom bouncing graphite rods. Although beautiful, you don't have to take out that second mortgage to load the boat with them.

This Pole Is Awesome!!

I purchasxed this pole last year and have since put it through the ringer. This pole has the extra reach to get your bait and lures out there and the durability to bring in those large toads. I have since bough 4 more of these rods in different actions and they all work excellent. My son used his to bring in a massive 26lb blue shark and the rod never faltered once.These rods live up to their name and when paired with reels of the same quality, you WILL land more trophies! Good luck on the water and remember to leave it better than you found it for future generations to enjoy!

I purchased this 10 1/2' rod for bank fishing catfish. I know salmon rods are flexible and have good backbone. This rod didn't disappoint. Very flexible/sensitive. But the length really gives you an advantage when setting the hook. For those wanting to use this for salmon, it would be great to use with planers and downriggers. I paired this rod with a Abu Garcia 6500 C3. It's a match made in heaven. I definitely don't regret buying this rod.
